Hill Country Women in Business - Woman of the Year
Each year Hill Country Women in Business recognizes one member within our organization with this prestigious award. The woman awarded this honor will have exercised a high standard of ethical and moral behavior as well as graciously volunteered her time to advance the mission of our group.
The Woman of the Year award is based on the criteria below.

Member who has worked hard and graciously volunteered her time to advance the organization and its mission this year.

Must have served on the board or been on a committee either as chair, co-chair, or committee member this year and/or in previous years.

Have excellent attendance and be involved and engaged both at membership meetings and outside regular meetings this year.
Kendall Giusti is a proud Boerne native and Champion High School graduate, where she met her husband, Cameron. Deeply rooted in her community, she is also a devoted mom to two adorable girls, ages 2 and 4, who keep her busy and inspired every day. Professionally, Kendall serves as the Food Safety and Quality Director for Texas Star Nut and Food Co., Inc. and Vault Foods LLC, where she brings a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement within the food industry. Her leadership and expertise play a key role in maintaining high standards and supporting company growth. Kendall also channels her creativity and community spirit as the Director of Community Engagement for Taylor’s Ace Hardware, where she thoughtfully sources unique and fun items for the gift shop, creating an inviting and memorable experience for customers. In addition, she serves as Vice President of the Hill Country Women in Business (HCWIB), where she is passionate about building meaningful connections, actively engaging with members, and enhancing the value and impact of the organization within the local business community. |
