It is truly an honor to serve as President of Hill Country Women in Business.

This organization has always been about more than networking, it’s about connection, support, and creating opportunities for women to grow, lead, and succeed. I step into this role with a deep respect for the strong foundation built by the women who came before me and a clear vision for where we’re headed next.

This year, our focus is simple but powerful: to strengthen relationships, expand our impact, and create meaningful experiences for our members and our community. From supporting women-owned businesses to mentoring the next generation of female leaders, everything we do is rooted in lifting one another up.

We are especially passionate about the impact we can make on students, our future women in business, by providing guidance, encouragement, and real-world connections that help them step confidently into their careers.
